Sing Your Emotions - ein Angebot der vhs Ahrensburg

Everybody can sing! Do you enjoy singing but haven't done so in a while?  Do you want to come join us sing and intensify relaxation, joy and wellbeing?
Whether singing one of your favorite songs or expressing the core emotion of your heart song, in this course we intend to journey through our emotions using the sound of our voice. And we will be doing so in English.
From vocal warm ups to improvisation and guided meditations, we are ready to revive emotions through the power of song. Whether beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome. Come have fun with us and find out what wants to express itself and sing through you.
